A So So Day
I think I am off to a good start, I know I ate less today. It wasn't bad, I read somewhere that you must eat breakfast to loose weight, So I did, I normally don't, and it helped! I ate 3 meals and snacked on some carrots. Now if I can just do this for the next 8 weeks I'm good!
